Lips

US$49.00

The lips aren't just lips, y'know! The movements of the lips connect directly to and through the throat via fascia, which transmits energy from one area to another. It's a good thing too because we definitely know our lips better than our throat, and through them we can do all of the shaping for the resonance we need.

Fascia isn't just innert connective tissue - it's a rich sensory organ (some say the richest), and an organ of perception, energy flow (force transmission, if you want to be sciency), and is our sentient architecture that gives our body form. Working with it is different than the old paradigm of muscles & bones as it unifies musculo-skeletal stuff into one nonlinear system.

Working with fascia doesn't have to be as complicated as the last paragraph, however! It's beautiful and facilitates increasing awareness in the most in-sight-full ways.

60 minutes.
